A Non refundable deposit of 50% is required for all knew bookings this will be requested at the time you make the booking to secure your appointment date and time. Cancellation requires 24Hr notice or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If you do not cancel and do not show up or you are late and we need to reschedule your appointment you will be charged the full cost of the service you booked.

Event & Mobile Travel Fee From $20 Applies to all mobile bookings dependent upon location We understand there may be unforeseen circumstances where an event may be cancelled hence why to cover our costs all deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
