About
My partner, Derek and I live on 20 acres in the town of Ashbourne. (10 minutes outside of Woodend) Commenced building our Federation/Victorian style dream home in 1997 and the project has been never ending, as we are both working full time and the project takes a back seat. Derek is a carpenter and I have worked in administration all of my career. Still lots to do, but slowly chipping away at it. The guest house is finished and now open as a Bed & Breakfast for all to enjoy.

We provide a generous Continential Breakfast as part of this package.
We have a minimum of 1 night stay. We do extended stays at a reduced rate. Stay on and wind down after your wedding before heading off on your honeymoon!
Our normal check-out for our Bed & Breakfast is 11.00am. HOWEVER, we are flexible to extend your check-out.
Absolutely, visiting times depend on our current bookings. Please email amry.house@bigpond.com to organise a time suitable.
