Rude, inconsiderate customer service, no empathy, lack of common sense and will go rogue. With a lot of hard work and effort both mentally and financially in planning a wedding - we couldn’t even simply achieve a completed guest book. I was told when the guest signing table was set up by my wedding planner, there was only 1 guest book set up which was only our guest book that we bought - this was re-confirmed by her as well prior to the arrival of the team from Pic Cha Booth. What then subsequently eventuated was the following: 1. One of the staff members from Pic Cha Booth had nothing better to do but came up with the great idea to add their own dodgy little black book onto our guest signing table. This black book also has some super glue thing at the size of 20 cents stuck at the book - absolutely crap quality. 2. The 2 staff members failed to use their common sense and their eyes to see which guest book is the official guest book. 3. Did anyone consult our wedding planner beforehand prior to this book being placed onto the signing table. Zero thinking was applied and no consideration was given to check with our wedding planner in the first instance. 4. Furthermore, we decided to extend the service for an hour and much to my surprise I was forced by your staff to pay $150 cash upfront - demanding the Groom on his wedding night $150 in cash instead of invoicing the day after. Is this how you define customer service? Was this the right thing to do at the time? Unfortunately we can't turn back time, we are now stuck with this 1 dodgy black book (with a 20 cent size super glue stuck on the back) and our actual guest book - 2 partially completed books. This is completely absurd that I could not achieve a properly completed guest book. The added confusion that your staff created by putting this dodgy black book on the table without anyone's consent is undeniably unprofessional - any reasonable person would have checked with someone like our wedding planner or would have had the brains to see a significantly larger book that clearly says our names to recognise that this was the actual guest book. I’d like to demand financial compensation of $300 for the forced cash payment on my wedding night, the cost of the dodgy & faulty black book which had a 20cent sized super glue stuck on it, some of the cost of our own wedding book we bought where half of it is wasted and lastly, the mental stress that you’ve caused to our wellbeing in tarnishing our once in a lifetime, one day in our life, that is our wedding day.

On the recommendation of my wedding planner, I engaged Pic-Cha-Booth. I engaged them for both the retro photo booth (stationery) and the roaming photo booth. The service and the quality of photos taken at the retro photo booth were very good as they were using a DSLR at the retro photo booth. They had a wide variety of backdrops to choose from and at a cost, they were able to customize the number of prints printed per photo depending on the number of people who were in the photo. However, the roaming photo booth was a bit of a disappointment. I felt that the roaming photo booth could have been more proactive in going around to take photos of people. At the end of the wedding, the roaming photo booth had only taken a grand total of 11 photo strips. In addition, the quality of the photos taken by the roaming photo booth were highly average as they were using a tablet to take the photos.

The team at Pic Cha Booth are so lovely and made all the guests wanting more after each shot! The photo booth was so easy to use and was a stand out at our wedding. They were so easy to work with and the team are so friendly and helpful.
