Does our 5 hour package start after set up?
Absolutely, yes! Whatever length of time you hire the photo booth for is purely for taking fun snaps. Our set up is always completed before the event begins (unless otherwise requested or notified) and the equipment is switched off and packed down at the end of your hire time.
The last 5-10 minutes of the hire time will be used for downloading your snaps tp USB or the online gallery. This is to make sure the attendant gets the USB safely to one of the wedding party before departure. If the end of the hire time coincides with the end of the reception, we find that no one is using the photo booth in those last ten minutes because usually there is a formal farewell to the bride and groom.
How much deposit do we need to pay upfront?
We understand that couples have a lot of financial obligations in the lead to up to a wedding, on top of everyday life expenses. We try to take some of the pressure off by allowing our customers to pay when they feel able to, before the event.
During our 6 years in the wedding industry we have found that we never have to chase our customers to pay for our services. We have also been very fortunate to have a very low cancellation rate. We believe this is due to the great value we offer and our relaxed payment terms.
We have also found that our customers prefer to pay a deposit immediately after or within a few months of making a booking to ensure their booking is secure. Paying in two or more increments also suits a lot of customers. Regardless, we always reserve the date requested by our customers, asking only that the account is paid before the wedding, please.
How many people fit in the photo booth?
Proudly, we have the only enclosed photo booth we know of that fits up to 8 people, AND offers duplicate on-the-spot reprinting so that no one misses out on taking home a print - a wonderful memory for your guest book and for your guests to look back on in years to come.

How much does it cost to customise the print strip design?
Absolutely free! We have a huge selection of free layouts to choose from on our website, but you are more than welcome to design your own or send us some custom elements from your invitations so that we can create something truly original for your event.
Does your photo booth print instantly?
Yes! Our photo booth prints in 14 seconds, two strips - one for the guests to keep and one for your guest book. Duplicate prints are available on request for extra people in the shot.
Do we get copy of the digital photos to keep?
Yes! You own all of the digital copies and will receive either a usb or online gallery as part of every package.
What do we need to do to book?
Booking is as simple as dropping us an email and answering some questions about your event details. We will send you an invoice which is also your booking confirmation, as well as payment details. It's really as simple as that.
