Will an attendant be at my event?

Yes, all of our packages include an attendant. The attendant is not only there to provide your guests an awesome time, but also ensure: If the paper and ink run out that it can be chaged over quickly, if there needs to be adjustments (Yes our photo booths can go up and down and tilt back and forward) made to the booth to accomodate children or those with disabilities to ensure everyone gets into the photo If someone accidentally un-does the power or turns the power off If there is anythign wrong with the system all props are placed back in a tidy form for your guests to have a pleaseant experiece to guide your guests to write in the guest book We want to ensure that your guests have a seamless experience.

What if I want more than one copy of the same photo? Can I get copies of ALL the photos from my event?

Our Booth attendant will ensure that evreyone who wants a copy of the photo strip will get a copy. Depending on the package you choose there will be an online gallery - password protected that you can share with your family and friends.

FAQ

Does the package time include setting up and packing up?

The package time is the amount of running time for the photo booth.

Generally we would set up 1-1.5hours before our start time and pack up take generally 1 hour after the finishing time.

How many people can you fit into the booth?

Different booths can accomodate for different number of guests:

Open Booth - up to 18 guests
Bridal Booth - up to 12 guests
Classic Booth - up to 6 guests
Halo Booth - up to 8 guests
360 GLAM BOOTH - up to 8 guests

My venue has stairs can you set up?

If there is alift we would be able to set up any of our booth - depending on the width of the lift.

If there is only stairs to access the set up point there is a limit to these booths can be set up

Can I get a personal message or branding on the photo strips?

Depending on the package you get with us:

1. You can provide us the message or the logo to put onto the photo strip

2. If your package includes a customised logo - you can provide a concept to our design team and they will deisgn a logo till you are happy.

What option print outs do you have?

We can do either

Postcard size 6x4 inches
Photo strip 6x2 inches

These guys were amazing! We booked them at a wedding expo, where we were lucky to win a 10% discount, as well as a free backdrop closer to the wedding. The gentleman that manned the booth on the night was super nice and made sure that everyone got a copy of their picture, and that a copy of every single picture went in our complimentary album. Their logo design for the wedding was awesome, and every one of our guests said our great the photo booth was! Would definitely recommend for your wedding!
