KISS ME QUICK WEDDINGS - quick, easy and super simple

Sometimes all you need is a fun and easy way to get married without all the trimmings.

A Kiss Me Quick wedding is a simple, short legal ceremony that gets to the point and gets you married! There are no bells and whistles like music or a bridal entrance, but you can personalise your ceremony from pre-prepared choices using my Online Ceremony Creator.

We'll have a quick catch-up at least a month beforehand to say hi and take care of the pre-wedding legal requirements. I'll prepare all your paperwork, register your marriage and issue a Marriage Certificate.

Available Mon-Thurs and at restriicted times Fri-Sun, within 30 mins drive of Sydney CBD and are for small gatherings only.

TAILOR-MADE WEDDINGS - the whole shebang!

Whoever you are and however you’ve found love, I'm here to help you celebrate in whatever way you wish. I'll create a top-quality ceremony unique to you which is modern, meaningful, relaxed, fun, inclusive and full of joy.

Your ceremony will be engagingly presented with warmth, skill and personality to ensure you and your guests will be raving about it afterwards!

We'll find the perfect style to reflect your personalities, the perfect blend of creativity and tradition, and the perfect words to express your feelings. My ceremonies are non-religious and filler-free.

I'll help with lots of ideas, look after the legals, and ensure it's easy, exciting and stress-free. And on the day, I'll take charge of every detail of the ceremony so nothing is left to chance.

Stephen is an amazing celebrant and MC, we highly recommend him to everyone! His website self-service is a huge time saver. He is warm and humorous, our family and friends loved him! We could not picture a better celebrant and MC on our big day!

One of the most consistent pieces of feedback we got from our wedding guests was how absolutely fantastic Stephen was. We agree wholeheartedly. The ceremony was beautiful and funny and very true to us as a couple. It really showed how much he paid attention while learning about us and our story. To our guests, it was as if he had been friends with us for years. As our MC, the tone and mood continued to the reception, and it was great knowing he had our timetable under control. In the lead-up, he was personable and easy to reach if we needed anything, and very on top of the changing circumstances with regards to Covid restrictions and lockdowns. We are so glad we chose Stephen as our celebrant and MC, and so so glad he was able to reschedule with us (twice!).

My husband and I were married last weekend by Stephen and we would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking for a celebrant. Leading up to the wedding Stephen was professional, responsive and reassuring. Everything was organised perfectly and he visited us to complete the paperwork. On the day everything was wonderful and Stephen was very charismatic and engaging.

how long is too long for a ceremony? and do celebrants charge by duration of the ceremony?

Stephen Lee Celebrancy

Cermonies are best when they are short, sharp and succinct. Don't go beyond 30 minutes from when you walk down the aisle to the end when everyone is congratulating you. Even those who love you the most will be ready for the after cermeony drinks by then!

Weather also plays a part. If it's very hot for example, don't make your guests sit in scorching sun for long periods. Your celebrant should be able to sense when people are uncomfortable and will be able to skip paragraphs if necessary without affectiing the overall tone of the ceremony. A good celebrant can read the situation and react as required.

I can't speak for others but I certainly don't charge by duration!

I have an issue with someone posting pics of us before we do on social media...

How do we make it known to our guests?

Stephen Lee Celebrancy

Hello! Easy - ask your Celebrant to tell everyone before the ceremony starts. It's also a good time to let people know if you're having an unplugged ceremony, if guests can take photos during the ceremony, pass on any hashtags etc, and also ask them to give your official photographers priority and not get in their way! I often say something similar to "You're very welcome to take lots of photos, but please don't post anything online until Emma and Ben have made it Facebook official themselves! Once you've seen a post from them, you can then share your own snaps." Have a great wedding!
