I am happy, friendly, relaxed, funny and willing to make your wedding day a special one!!!
Family is our most important social unit and I believe marriage is the foundation for this. Marriage shows a binding commitment and should be recognised with a special ceremony. You show your family and friends that you not only love each other but you plan to spend the rest of your lives together.
I am a history teacher and became a marriage celebrant because two of my friends and work colleagues wanted someone they knew to marry them. A high point of the wedding ceremony was the story I was able to create about the couple which I tried to make as humorous as possible. Maybe the kissing of the Blarney stone during a holiday to Ireland had something to do with this!
I will provide you with a ceremony that suits your tastes and lifestyle. My job is to guide you through the process. I take care of all the legal matters and I can help with your order of ceremony, your vows, rituals, and poetry, readings and songs.
You can call or email me for a no-obligation inquiry. I would be honoured to help you create your special day.
My most recent adventure was at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts at Liverpool where I officiated at 3 drive- through ceremonies on 14/2/2023 St Valentine's Day. The first was a wedding, televised live on Channel 7's Sunrise and also 2 vow renewals.
