I want an outside wedding... in November... in Australia. How can I keep everyone cool?

The weather is expected to be very hot but we don't want to sacrifice our dream. We'd love to have our wedding outside and under the stars but we don't want even sweating off their makeup and hating the day.

Blissful Celebrations

Hi, you have a couple of options as you stated under the stars I assume afternoon ceremony and evening reception? You could supply hand held fans for the ladies and ensure there was plenty of water. Your celebrant has the final say as to if the ceremony can proceed outdoors as there is an OHS issue with bridal party, guests and also themselves to consider as they have a duty of care for everyone involved including themselves. Many a wedding party & Celebrant have done this and someone has been overcome by the heat, if this happens to be the bridal party or Celebrant the wedding would have to stop allow the person to seek medical attention and then proceed or worse be postponed. Heat stroke is very serious and i know of it happening to 2 brides and a celebrant.

Ensure you have a Plan B indoor location or compromise with an outdoor location but in a shaded area under tree's or a rotunda. And again have water available for guests.
