  • Bespoke ceremony and lovely celebrant. Sarah thoroughly enjoys crafting tailor-made wedding ceremonies for her couples. To do this, she has a relaxed chat with them over tea, wine, milkshakes - whatever her couples like! - and uses the details in this chat to create something magical.
  • Efficient, on-the-day coordination. Sarah is a highly experienced event manager, and has an Advanced Diploma of Event Management and more than eight years of experience. This makes her one efficient, savvy, and organised on-the-day wedding coordinator. She’ll easily ensure your vendors are managed, guests are happy and in the know, and everything is set up perfectly.
  • Charismatic MC services. Sarah is a confident, organised, and engaging speaker, making her perfect for MC gigs. She really listens to what each couple wants - humour, relaxed atmosphere, romance - and executes this at wedding receptions - usually after having officiated the ceremony, too!

On The Day Coordinator

Your wedding day, whilst an exciting time can also be overwhelming. I can be there from start to finish, ensuring all those smaller details are taken care of and your day is seamless.

From liaising with your photographer in the morning to ensure all of your bridal party are photographed to working with your venue coordinator at the reception to ensure nanna gets her coffee and to ensure you eat dinner (you’d be surprised how many couples forget) ?

I offer both morning and evening packages however can be there all day if that is what you need.

FAQ

I live in the Geelong, Bellarine and Surf Coast region however grew up in Echuca Moama so also offer my services in this area also. I do enjoy a good road trip though so am happy to travel to wherever I am needed. 

I am happy to travel wherever I am required. One hour of travel each way is included in my fees.

 

The sooner the better. 12 months before your set date is a good place to start. You wouldn’t believe how early places and people book out, so don’t leave yourself overwhelmed and disappointed.

Of course, love is love! 

I accept both cash and direct deposit payments.
Once a deposit has been made you may wish to set up automatic instalments to make things easier for you.

We were so happy to have Sarah be a part of our special day! Sarah is such a lovely and friendly celebrant who was very helpful for an indecisive couple (us) throughout the lead up to the wedding. She tailored the ceremony to suit what worked for us as a couple and took the time to understand us and our relationship. She is also very organised (which is what you want for a wedding) giving us plenty of notice for when she required bits and pieces sent through from us, as well as stepping out the process from our first catch up (which was able to be facilitated online due to COVID restrictions at the time). Despite the wind on the day, the ceremony itself ran very smoothly. Sarah spoke really well, engaging and entertaining the guests and set the tone for our relaxed but fun wedding!

Hi, this would be a legals only ceremony where the two of you, a celebrant and two witnesses would get together, read the legal side of things and sign the paperwork.
