I always recommend a plan B. This is for both wet as well as extreme temperatures.
So, for example, If a storm hits and the wedding location is moved say two hours before the start time, then I always suggest one person sends a group messaage to all the guests (this can be done through your preferred method of contact) and then have another person on site to redirect those guests (who didnt receive the message) to the alternative venue/site.
Yes ! This is an common question and through past experience, I have sent the written ceremony to the client who then can have it translated into their desired language. On the day of the wedding, I perform the ceremony and during which one of the guests can repeat after me. You would just need to allow extra time however for the ceremony.
Alternaitvely if you don't want the entire ceremony to be translated, then having the legal vows translated is a great option. All the guests love this type of service.

Although you live in the UK, you both can marry in Australia. You just need to email/contact the celebrant who will step through the process, notably the first being the completion of the Notice of Intended Marriage form and the mimimum one month notice requirement prior being married.
