Our wedding is something we often dream about from the time we’re little. Then one day our perfect someone walks into our life, compliments it so beautifully and completely, and suddenly all of our dreams are on fast-forward to becoming reality. How wonderful!
The lead-up to your special day is so exciting, isn’t it? It’s about ensuring that every hope, dream and wish for your wedding is brought to life creatively, uniquely and with absolute care and attention. I believe every person, every couple, deserve to experience just that. And it’s even better when it’s fun too!
Life and love should always be celebrated and my passion is creating ceremonies that are as individual as the beautiful I meet. That means making your ceremony all about you, not me. My role is to make your day stress-free, thoroughly enjoyable and absolutely memorable.
I love creating ceremonies that are 100% you. So after we've met, discussed what your ideas and wishes are, I set about designing and delivering a wedding ceremony that uniquely matches who you are as a couple. You deserve to have the wedding of your dreams: be that classical, elegant and sophisticated, rustic, vintage, beach, themed or even adventurous! Scuba diving, helicopters, planes, trains, hot air balloons – it’s all possible.
Together we bring to life the wedding ceremony that you've been dreaming of. You know, the one, you and your guests, remember for years to come - for all the right reasons! And because love is love, all couples are welcomed.
Need something special or pretty for your signing table? I’ve got a range of word signs, block signs and adorable statues that you can use, and sssshhhh …... they’re all part of my packages. A PA system and microphone are provided for all ceremonies, and yes, you can put music on a USB and play it through the PA for your ceremony. You just need to supply a ‘helper’ to do that during the ceremony.
Packages range from sweet and simple 'Legals Only' through to almost anything you can dream of, and yes, I offer discounted services for weekday weddings. I’ll travel almost anywhere for your ceremony, and I’m pet and child-friendly. So, if you have an idea let’s get together and see what magic we can create. The coffee is on me.
PS. I use Zoom for ‘face-to-face meetings’ if you’re not in the general Brisbane area, so it’s always easy for us to stay in touch.

Hi, I'm Kylie Yes, I’ve got more than one set of earrings and a couple of small visible tattoos. I’m a bit zany, fun-loving and always up for a challenge. I adore the magic of creating ceremonies that are as unique as the fabulous couples I meet. My wedding was boring, stuffy and we had no say in any of it. I promise you; your ceremony won’t be that! I’ll work with you to create exactly the ceremony you want - one that you and guests remember for all the right reasons :)

Absolutely! I bring my own PA system, microphone, and spare batteries for every wedding. The system has an input for USB's, so it's perfectly okay for you to put your wedding music on a USB and play that through the system. You just need to supply a 'helper' to manage that during the ceremony. I'll provide them with a rundown of how to play the music.
I'm sorry, no. The PA system is only available during the service. It goes home with me.
I do have a table and beautiful white tablecloth with lace overlay that I can supply at a minimal cost.
I have a small range of words, block words, and small ornaments that you are welcome to choose from and display on the signing table should you so wish. These can be viewed at my home office, or I can provide photographs to choose from.
Yes, I offer discounts on my Uniquely You and Truly Madly Deeply wedding ceremonies for all days of the week except Saturdays.
Because I love my Saturday couples and want you to feel extra special too, I provide a professionally handwritten calligraphy wedding certificate as a special gift for my Saturday couples.
Yes, professionally handwritten calligraphy wedding certificates are available for all weddings at an additional cost.
They can be requested anytime up to two weeks* ahead of your ceremony, as I need to supply lead time for my wonderful creative artist.
* longer lead times may apply if my creative artist has reduced availability.
Inside two-week lead time is available only if my creative artist has the capacity.
Yes. A $250 non-refundable* deposit is required to secure your wedding date. This can be paid by bank cheque, credit or debit card (1.9% fee applies for card transactions).
*Unless extenuating circumstances, as defined in my Terms & Conditions, apply.
In respect for my couples, I only ever take ONE wedding booking on any single day. Once you secure a date with me, it is yours exclusively.
Yes. Your deposit is transferable to another date, should that date be available. You can make one date change per booking. Additional changes after the first date change will incur an administration fee.
No. The couple is responsible for securing all required location permits. A copy of the permit must be supplied prior to your ceremony.
No. All of my prices are fully inclusive.
All accounts for your wedding ceremony must be finalised no later than fourteen (14) calendar days before your wedding ceremony.
Yes. Fees are payable by the couple, however, I can arrange it for you for marriages in Queensland. This saves you the hassle of gathering copies of the necessary identification and supplying that to Births, Deaths and Marriages. I can also arrange for a commemorative marriage certificate to be issued. There are currently six (6) designs to chose from.
I will confirm your wishes for this during our ceremony discussions. You can change your mind up until your wedding date.
The Certificate of Marriage supplied at the wedding ceremony is not considered sufficient for you to make any changes to your legal name, bank accounts, drivers licence, passports etc.
Similar to an official Birth Certificate, an Official Certificate of Marriage is required.
First, I hope and trust that never happens, however, we do need to plan for all contingencies.
I have a select group of highly skilled celebrant-colleagues that I can transfer your wedding ceremony to on short notice. Because your ceremony is drafted and signed off the day prior to your wedding at the latest, it is a relatively easy process to transfer them the necessary documents.
