Hi, my name is Angie Kelly. I have been a marriage celebrant since 2012. For over twenty years I have been working with people and words – as a communications specialist, writer, editor and researcher. My passion has been to harness the power of words to inspire, inform and illuminate. With a background in psychology, it made perfect sense to bring my passion for people and words together and become a celebrant.

I am fully insured can can provide a certificate of currency for professional indemnity and public liability. All you need to d is ask and I'll send it through.
I also guarantee that I will be on time and deliver a service to the highest standard. Every time.
I am not the cheapest in the industry, nor the most expensive. My fees reflect the quality of service I provide and the amount of time and energy I invest in creating a truly customised and magnificent ceremony. Every ceremony I create from the ground up and this requires a minimum of 15 hours to finalise the ceremony, undertake a rehearsal and be there on the day. With decades of experience as a professional writer with a psychology background I bring unique skills and experience to my celebrancy work.
Many of my couples have shared how amazed they are with my ability to create a ceremony that truly reflects who they are as individuals, and a couple. I believe this is because I have decades of experience working with words and people and a real knack for capturing the essence of people.
I have never missed a ceremony. Ever. I always turn up and perform my duties as a celebrant to the highest standard. Every. Single. Time.
I have two packages with set fees. The only additional cost will be if your ceremony involves more mileage than is included in your chosen package. If you want to get married on an island or somewhere that requires transport, that will be an additional cost, also. I always let couples know the full cost at the beginning, so there are no surprises along the way. Ever.
You can see exactly what you get for your money with my ceremonies and there are no hidden extras. You simply have to choose the package you want and then we can start creating your fabulous ceremony.
Qualifications: Certificate IV in Celebrancy, Bachelor of Behavioural Science with Honours, Certificate IV in Professional Writing and Editing
Experience: Over seven years conducting wedding ceremonies with every couple providing extremely positive feedback on my service.
With a background in psychology, it made perfect sense to bring my passion for people and words together and become a celebrant. There is a wonderful synergy that comes from being a people person and a words person. I love working with people to understand exactly what they want for their ceremony. I then take great pride in delivering that ceremony to the highest standard.
I am a very natural, grounded and engaging person and this comes through in my ceremonies. People are mesmerised and fully present for my ceremonies. You can see that on their faces and it is palpable. So many of my couples have expressed how their ceremony was like no other that they had seen and that many of the friends and family had loved it! That's what makes me grateful - that I can create that experience for people's big day, and move those that are there as guests.
