I take extra care in my work as a celebrant to ensure that each and every ceremony is tailored to suit each couples special needs.
Dawn is a compassionate and friendly woman and brings with her a wealth of experience and interest in the people side of life.
Having spent a long period of employment in the Herald-Sun organisation managing vital fund raising events for the annual Royal Children’s Hospital appeal and more recently developing a Music and Entertainment booking agency.
Dawn understands that many things are personal, private and need a compassionate ear, understanding and care, and of course some celebrations call for a more vibrant and joyous environment.
Having recently travelled with her Husband, Trevor through a very traumatic and trying disease, Dawn is also very aware just how much emotion the celebration of life brings out.
Dawn is very well equipped to manage your celebrations in a kindly and caring approach, whether it’s the celebration of a new life naming ceremony, of a marriage of partners for life, or the celebration of a life just passed.

I have been a Celebrant for over ten years, and always being an outgoing and friendly person, I look forward to meeting new people and helping them create their perfect wedding day. I genuinely love creating beautiful ceremonies that reflects both your love and personalities.

Yes, of course, I would love to help you create the perfect vows for your special day, I have a folder for you when you fill out your legal paper work that provides you with heaps of examples to give you some ideas, and if you like we can work on together.
We can skip any traditions that you don’t wish to have in your ceremony, we just need to keep the legal wording of course to make sure you are legally married.
A good Celebrant is a professionally trained person that is passionate in providing the very best. A person that you feel confident that has great management skills, makes you feel relaxed, can have a bit of fun, and is knowledgeable, self confident, with good speaking skills, totally approachable, offers some great ideas and choices.
I am here to help you choose the style of ceremony you may like and will work with you to achieve what you want. (it’s your day and it has to be perfect)
All your legal paperwork is handled by your Celebrant, this is explained at your first consultation. You are also advised on the legal documents you are needed to provide to fill out your Notice of Intended marry. Your Celebrant will have all necessary legal documents on hand.
Once you have chosen your date, It is always wise to book you Celebrant sooner rather than later, to be sure to get the person that you want or have been referred to this should be a top priority, getting that person that you relate to best,( nothing worse than them saying that date is already booked) your Celebrant sets the tone for the day, fun or formal it’s your call and I want to make your day perfect.
Absolutely! Love is Love and if everyone in life has the privilege to have someone to love they are the lucky ones, not everyone gets that honor.
I travel anywhere in Australia and love doing so, I do have a travel fee for Victoria,
Anywhere over 50klms out of Berwick of which I am based it is $1.00 per klm this covers the cost of fuel & wear and tear of vehicle, of course long, long distances accommodation needs to be provided if more than a four hour drive .
Anywhere interstate flights and accommodation must be provided
Yes I provide a great quality speaker and a hands free microphone for you to use so that all your guests will hear your vows, ring exchanges and readings, and be able to share in your most precious moments.
