About

It feels like only yesterday when I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, the doctors prognosis was very slim. I finally realised that I wasn't so invincible after all. Working my way up the Corporate ladder - Stress & poor lifestyle habits took a toll on my own health. Fortunately for me I'm still alive to tell the tale. Today my goal is to help others to "De-stress their lives". To Love Life & Live it with Purpose & Passion because no doubt about it "Health is Wealth"

Our De-Stress Health & Wellness Spa is an Educational program focusing on ways to "De-stress your Life"

It's lots of fun, educational & hands on
We guide you through our DIY - step by step Skin care range (Celavive)
You get to sample some of our other amazing health products that will help prepare you to look and feel amazing for the big day
the whole process will take up to 45 - 90 min
Catering Options available (check out our amazing grazing table packages)
Decorating Options available

Do you have a store location? Or do we have to provide a Venue?

Depending on what your needs are - we have a few options available for you...

Option 1: We do Host "Destress Health & Wellness Spa's" at different locations throughout the Sydney area - you are more than welcome to come along to the Spa nearest you. However other people may also join. Seating is Limited so it's important to book ASAP to secure your seats.

Option 2: If you would like to Host your own exclusive Destress Health & Wellness Spa for your Group we can come along and set up at a location of your choice (minimum booking is 6 people)
