Over a highly successful career spanning more than 16 years, Managing Director Cesar Ramirez has mastered every hospitality role, from hotelier to corporate hospitality, training and development, management, and food and beverage service. Specialising in offering 5-star hospitality experiences to clients, he is always searching for that extra 1% to elevate events. He is passionate about facing challenges head on and thrives on the excitement of hosting a spectacular event, even under pressure.

- Multi-sensory cocktail masterclass (virtual or presential in Sydney): connect with friends and family in a private session and learn to prepare cocktails with the guidance of our mixologist instructor and complement this experience with a pairing snack! We will provide all the ingredients (to all locations) to prepare cocktails and matching snacks and a virtual (or presential in Sydney) session.
- Virtual wine tasting with matching cheeses: come into this journey through the wine country and enjoy with your closest people regardless of where they are. This includes a box of 4 wines delivered to each location with matching cheeses and a private session with a wine instructor to guide you through.
