If the brides dress is ivory, do the groom and groomsmen need to wear ivory shirts?

No it is not at all necessary for the groom and groomsmen to wear ivory if the bride is. Finding Ivory shirts can be quite difficult in itself. A crisp white shirt with an Ivory Tie/Bow tie to match the brides dress can actually look nicer. The suit tends to look sharper with a white shirt underneath. Not to say you can't do ivory shirts, it is up to personal preference at the end of the day :)
