The Vine Hotel

North Wangaratta's The Vine Hotel is a relaxed, country wedding venue with a rich history. Built in the late 1800s - roughly around 1880, this historic hotel was once said to be a hiding spot of notorious bushranger Ned Kelly, who apparently used tunnels to escape law enforcement. Today, the hotel stands just as proud as it did during the 19th century, with the local family who own the property having preserved the character of this Australian treasure. The pub’s original red bricks, rustic finishings, and old-time chandeliers transport visitors back in time, while newer additions perfectly set the scene for country weddings.
