Glenn and Kay Torta have more than 60 years in the hospitality industry with two landmark restaurants in Parramatta, Bar Roma Restaurant, Est1958, specialising in fine dining, fresh seafood and silver service, and Courtney's Brasserie [modern Australian] Est1984. A tree change lifestyle move in 1989 brought us to Allegro and the start of it's transformation into a unique special events venue, continuing the family tradition of incredible food, service and above all - Excellence in Hospitality.
