THI SAVED MY DRESS! I came to Thi with a big job! I had lost weight and my dress needed to go down 2 sizes in every area! Along the Seamline it had detailing for pearls and she had to hand pick all pearls off and see them all back on! She took on this job with ease and made me feel so confident! When I picked up my dress it was just like how I tried it on in the store. I re fell in love with my dress! She did it for a fraction of the price I got quoted in our stores. Don’t waste any time with anyone but Thi. She’s amazing and so glad she is apart of my wedding team !

Thi did my alterations for my wedding dress and she did an amazing job, I can't recommend her enough for any brides in the Western Suburbs! Not only are her prices very fair and incredibly competitive compared to many other seamstresses that I reached out to for quotes, but Thi puts so much love, care and extra effort into her work. Throughout my experience working with her, it was clear she does this work out of love 🥰 She has so much expert knowledge and my dress turned out so much better than I ever expected. She helped take up the hem of dress that included handstitched lace over tulle, took the bodice in, and added beautiful tulle straps with handstitched lace to match the hem. She was so friendly and warm and wonderful to work with. I'm so glad I trusted her with my dress! 🤍

I was so happy that I had been refer over to NC bridal. Thi is amazing with the skill I was fascinate with her hand stitching and attention to detail I was mesmerised when I try the dress on . Iam so Sorry Thi it took me this long to write a review for you I will never forget what you have gone through to make me so happy until this day. NC Bridal was amazing! Thi altered my wedding dress, bridesmaids dress's and found fabric to make ties for my groomsmen to match the bridesmaids dress. She was great with communication and very quick with the alterations. I also had a long train with a lot of detailing and she was able to make a very sturdy bustle that still showed all the detailing. She was an absolute pleaser to deal with and would definitely recommend.

Thoa was a dream to work with from the moment I contacted her. I saw that she offered alterations and custom design for wedding dresses and enquired if she would be able to alter my engagement dress. At the first fitting Thoa went above and beyond to fit and sculpt my dress to emphasize my features. She was a wealth of knowledge, shared her insights and is so good at what she does. I walked away from the appointment feeling confident and with the biggest smile and gratitude that I had stumbled across her business. The dress was ready within a few weeks and fit perfectly on the first go. Her attention to detail was very impressive. She fixed the zipper that wasn't sitting straight, altered the length, took in the arms and bodice, added extra cups for the bust and added boning to enhance the shape. All on a full length gown that was fully sequenced and patterned. The pattern on the dress was matched so perfectly that you couldn't tell it had been altered. Even though we didn't need it, I was so pleased that she generously offers unlimited fittings and revisions until you are fully satisfied with the dress- at no extra cost. After trying to find the perfect wedding dress without success, I have decided to trust in Thoa's expertise to design and make my own couture style custom wedding dress. So far, this process has been extremely easy with Thoa's wealth of experience, knowledge and insights. Her customer service is fantastic (she is so incredibly kind and goes out of her way to help you!), very well priced and I am so excited to see how my dream wedding dress turns out. I will also be using her services for my bridesmaid's dresses!
