They are celebrating their 33rd anniversary supplying home made preserves, cookies, fudge and slices to not only the public, but a small selection of tea rooms in the Dandenong Ranges.
Enchanted Cottage Preserves & Fantastic Fudge welcomes small or large orders for your big day, and are able to either post out items via Australia Post, or if within 20km of the Dandenong ranges, they can deliver to you direct.

How many extra bomboniere do you recommend ordering?

If done right there should be no extra bombonieres as each guest should have one each.
That said, if the contents are perishables,or frafile; an extra one per ten guests wouod not be unreasonable. This allows for any damaged items, along with extras if you wish to send some to those who could not attend due to illness or last minute changes.
How do I ask my friends "officially" to be bridesmaids?
I have planned a box of cute little things they will love, and have printed a little card but am not sure how this process works. Do I just hand it over?

I would suggest that you invite them over for a brunch opr drinks, and ask them once all of them are there; by presenting them with the boxes and tellign them how honored you would be in they could be your bridesmaids.
