Newcastle based Madam Cocoa combines passion, skill and the freshest ingredients to create handcrafted chocolate that provides an experience like no other. Offering a selection of premium dark, milk and white chocolate products in an array of flavours that make for the most delicious Bomboniere.
Madam Cocoa was established in 2016 by a chocolate lover, Alesha. After years of trialling recipes in her home kitchen, inspired by her grandmother Grace, Alesha took her passion for food to the commercial world.
Alesha departed the world she knew of Business Administration and chose to study Pastry Cooking. After 12 months studying under local Newcastle talents, Alesha emerged with a refined and transformed passion for chocolate.
Since combining her love of chocolate, artistic flair and drive for perfection, Alesha has developed Madam Cocoa into a unique brand. Working with top-shelf products and Callebaut couverture chocolate to deliver the most delicious array of handcrafted chocolates.

All chocolates are available in quantities of 2, 4, 6, 12 or 24 and come packaged in a beautiful signature gift box.

Lead time is 3 weeks from your wedding day. If your order requires postage interstate please allow 4 weeks.
All of our products are additive and preservative free!
