Q. How long will the print stay on the glass?

A. If the item is handwashed it should never come off.

Q. There is a particular glass I would like to use that’s not on your site, can you get it for me?

A. Yes, we have accounts with all major glassware and ceramic importers.

Q. I am an artist, can I use one of my designs?

A. Most certainly we do a lot of work with artists.

Q. Can we sit down with you to discuss our requirements?

A. Of course, we can do this face to face or over the phone.

Q. Can we see a sample of our glasses before the whole order is printed ?

A. Yes, for all orders over 100 we print and send one as a sample to you.

Q. Can we supply our own glasses ?

A. In most cases no, the reason for this is we fire all of the glasses in kilns, if the glasses are cheap quality they will be damaged during the firing process.

Q. Do you have a minimum order requirement?

A.We have no minimum order requirement for most of our items.

Q. Can you "rush" my order?

A.Yes, in saying that, you are best to call us first.

Q. What is your return and exchange policy?

A. As your items have been printed with your name and wedding date on it we are unable to offer a refund for a simple change of mind. If for some reason there is an issue with the printing we will happily replace.

Q. What makes you different from other glassware printing companies

Q. Can the text on our glassware be the same font as our invitations?

A. Yes, just let us know what font was used and we can use the same font and style.

Q. What colours can we have on our glassware ?

A. You can choose any colour you would like, we find most of our brides have a colour scheme for their wedding, so we can most certainly work in with you.

Q. Have a design in mind that I would like to use can you help?

A. Our highly skilled design team are experts in transforming your design ideas into reality.

Q. Can you print designs onto ceramic items as well i.e. plates ?

A. Yes we can printing on all ceramic items using food safe ink.

Celebration Glassware were so amazing to work with in the lead up to our wedding! We had shot glasses made for our bombonieres which couldn't have turned out better.
