•  All returns must be authorised by The Pouch Place and requests for return of any products must be made within 10 days of purchase. 
   
• All returns must be sent back in original condition and packaging. 
   
• All returns must include their “Return Number” which will be supplied to you after returning the products has been agreed on.
   
• No unauthorised returns will be accepted
   
• Shipping fees are non-refundable and any postage costs associated with returning the items is the responsibility of the purchaser.
   
• Returns will be credited when they are authorized by Electronic Funds Transfer into your nominated account, and you will receive confirmation of deposit of funds when completed.
   
• We are happy for you to exchange any items in store if returned in acceptable condition if you have accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour.
