Our service is second to none and we provide the highest level of customer care. Even though we are newly established, our creativity, life long baking skills and extreme attention to detail is embedded within us and sets us apart.
We cater and bake to all dietary as well as religious requirements, and will work with you to custom make any design for any occasion, until you are 100% satisfied.

My name is Alisa and i am a very passionate baker and a decorator. I started this small local business in hopes to make my own wedding favours, which ended up being an absolute hit. I have completed multiple courses, invested in top of the range gadgets and my dream is to be highly sough out and respected in this industry. I have a very strong eye for detail and my cookies are presented beautifully. Most of all I pride myself on my desire to make your experience the best it could possible be.

Sweet Cookie Koala is based in both Point Cook as well as Heatherton.
We go above and beyond to accommodate our customers so please let it not be disheartening if these locations may not suit.
Sweet Cookie Koala certainly offers delivery in both Melbourne as well as shipping orders interstate.
We offer $10 delivery fee within inner metro areas or pick up is also an option.
Under special circumstances we have also personally delivered cookies ourselves!
Sweet Cookie Koala can bake gluten free, diary free, egg free, vegan, halal. Please ensure to communicate this to us at the time of booking.
Sweet Cookie Koala is council registered and meets all safety, health and hygiene standards and regulations. Council has inspected our property and we are certified according to Australian guidelines. This is highly important to ask and understand as unfortunately not all business are registered and they must be. Due to the registration fees, our prices are calculated accordingly.
Sweet Cookie Koala will upon request use halal fondant and other halal products, as not all products are halal.
Please ensure to advise us of this and any other dietary requirement that you may have.
