Questions about Shopping
Who am I buying from, Easy Weddings or a third-party retailer?
You're purchasing items from individual retailers who are responsible for fulfilling sales and shipping.
What if I change my mind after I place an order?
Technically, once you've paid for the item the deal is sealed, so to speak, unless there's a fault with the product.
However, try contacting your supplier (as soon as possible) and they may be able to accommodate you. For more information, take a look over the terms and conditions you agreed to before making your purchase and don't forget to check the supplier's own Terms and Conditions, if they have them.
Do you accept phone, fax, email or snail mail orders?
Sorry, we don't. We're an online store and all purchases are processed electronically. It's actually better for your records as you're better able to keep track of your purchases.
What are your delivery times?
All these details will be listed on the product page, but as a general rule, depending on the product you've ordered, delivery times will vary. Of course, we always aim to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible.
Whose name should I look for on my credit card release?
You will be billed by the individual store you've purchased from, so look for their name on your bill.
Do I have to sign up as a member to shop at the EasyWeddings store?
Yes, you do, but the minute or so it takes you to sign up is well worth it because it means you can more easily track your purchases and access exclusive items such as your Easy Weddings shop wishlist.
Do you sell or release my personal information?
Other than credit cards, do you accept any other forms of payment such as PayPal?
Not at this time, unfortunately, but check back for news about this. We do, however, accept most major credit cards.
Are there any extra fees involved?
No, the price listed is all you will pay in addition to shipping, which is also listed. GST is built into the final price, so you can be sure you'll only play the listed price plus shipping.
What is your returns policy?
Please read our terms and conditions for the return policy as this will vary depending on the product you've purchased.
Is the EasyWeddings online store secure?
Of course! We use Westbac Bank's secure payment system, so your details bypass our systems and go straight through to the bank and the vendor you're purchasing from. We also don't store any data that you don't give to us expressly.
Can I pick up something that buy online?
No, not at present, unfortunately.
I'm having a problem with a retailer. Is there anyone else I can deal with?

Can I track my order?
Generally, yes. Once payment has been received, you'll be sent an email with a link containing tracking details for your product.
How long will my item take to arrive?
Unless something happens that is out of a retailer's control, we expect delivery to occur within the timeframe specified on the individual product's page.
Where can I get a receipt?
You'll automatically receive an email receipt for your purchase once payment is cleared, so check your spam folder if you've not received anything from us.
Can I order products if I don't live in Australia?
You can order from outside Australia, but delivery must be to an address in either Australia or New Zealand as we don't yet offer shipping outside these two countries.
