What is the refund policy?
Request for refunds or cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com.
Notification of cancellations received more than 7 working days prior to event date will attract a cancellation fee of 25% of the registration fee.
Notification of cancellations received 7 working days or less prior to event date will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee.
If you fail to attend the Masterclass without notice, you will not be refunded. In exceptional circumstances determined by Easy Weddings, you may be eligible to receive credit towards another Masterclass at an agreed date.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
You may nominate a person to attend the Masterclass in your place. Requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2 days prior to event date.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
You may use Easy Weddings car park at the rear of the building. Free parking is also available on Miles Street and surrounding streets.
