My FH proposed September last year. Here is a pic of us




, he slipped the ring on my finger while I was having an afternoon nap when I was about 6 months pregnant, and was intending to ask when I woke up. He told me he couldn't wait to ask me though, so he woke me up! I was thoroughly annoyed that my nap was disturbed, and asked what he wanted! He asked me to marry him, and I then noticed the gorgeous ring he'd picked out himself! We'd been talking about getting married and had a look at a few rings, I told him I didn't want something too big and sparkly- I have simple tastes! He thinks this ring is very 'me' and says the diamonds sparkle like my eyes, and the gold is the same colour of my skin! Which I think is really sweet! So we've only just began planning and we've decided on a date quite soon! March 24th next year. This is the ring

I am having the ceremony near my home town at the Warrnambool Botanic Gardens. We are on a budget so its perfect that it cost NOTHING to book

And then a dinner with the bridal party and our families, followed by a cocktail reception with all the guests. I've booked the reception at a hall in my home town, but unfortunately dont have any pics of it! My fiance is Scottish so the theme will include the colour of his tartan.He will be wearing his kilt on the day.



I'm thinking of going more with the blue in his tartan, as well as silver, and white and to also sneak in some red as this is my favourite colour.

I've just bought these from a uk website! love everything on there! If only I could buy EVERYTHING off this website!

This will be the necklace I will be wearing. I bought it in Scotland when we were there in Apr/May this year. Its a love token called a luckenbooth. Its a symbol of affection, betrothal and friendship so I thought it would be perfect to wear on my wedding day.
