I am wondering if anyone has any feedback on the Big Group in terms of food and service? I am looking at a venue that is exclusively catered by them and their prices are a little bit higher than the average.I am happy to pay above the average if it is deserved.

Hi Feb Bride, my name is Zena. I went to a party in Portsea a while back, and while the venue was really nice and the company fabulous, OMG, the catering !!!!! It was The Big Group. It was all that anyone could talk about. I don't know what it cost, too scared to ask, it was stunning, absolutely STUNNING. The waitress that I talked to told me that they are caterers too all the A List parties, I can believe that. The food was the best I have ever had, ever. My friend got married in the Frasers Restaurant in Perth, the one on top of the hill overlooking the city, it was fabulous, the food was nice, cost, $ 450pp. She would have cried if she had been at Portsea with me. Everyone that I know that went to the party at Portsea has recommended the Big Group to their friends. First question I ask when someone is getting married is, WHO is the caterer, just hoping it's them again. Hope you can afford them, you will not be sorry. Still too scared to ask the cost.
