I emailed the venue wedding director and they said they will place table numbers, menus, bonboniere, and place cards. This is all. They said anything else should be set up but the suppliers on the day, but I want to buys stuff before hand, things that don't have a 'supplier'. And we can't set up ourselves as we only have access to the room for about an hour before the reception which is when we will be having photos.
For example I was going to buy the chair sashes from over seas because they are heaps cheaper than hiring them, but now I've decided to hire because they will set them up. What what about all the cute little things that I buy in the lead up, like those white wooden words and table overlays etc?
