    Wedding stationary

    Postby blue_surrender_2004 on Fri Jul 20, 2012 5:43 am

    Hi,

I am in a bit of a pickle. With a tad over 5 months to go we have yet to purchased or plan any wedding stationary. We need

    Invitations
    RSVP cards
    Place cards
    Seating chart
    Thank you cards
    Order of service booklets
    Menus

Any suggestions where I can get all of that from for a reasonable price- either online or in Perth. I really haven't had any luck so far. I'm not capable of printing myself, but I can probably glue things together, if that helps.

How many people are you having and what is your budget? I am getting my invites off ebay?

I did a quick google though and these places look ok?

    Hi.

We are having approximately 90 guests

    75 Invitations
    75 RSVP cards
    90 Place cards
    1 Seating chart
    75 Thank you cards
    90 Order of service booklets
    90 Menus
Also 9 or 10 table numbers (does one go on the bridal table?)

Thanks for those suggestions. I have been to La La Designs and although lovely were way too expensive for me and Invitation House doesn't have all the stationary I need. I am going to be checking out Felicitations, though (hopefully today) as I had never heard of them before.

You could also try Etsy too? There are a lot of great sellers on etsy too?

    Your wedding is standing still?

    That's interesting.

Try Vistaprint, it's online & you can get great prices.

Thanks for that suggestions. I have had a bit of a look and will continue to do so over the next week or so. So far I haven't found something or someone who does all these different aspects in a style I appreciate for a price I can afford but I am working towards a new idea, in addition to continuing to search.

This is strange. I don't understand what you mean by this?

Vistaprint do not do most of the elements that we are looking for, unfortunately. We used them for our save the dates and they were fabulous!

    Thanks everyone.

Interesting. I do know the difference between the two words and generally I have exemplary use of spelling and grammar, particularly in a work situation. I do feel as if my wedding planning has stagnated with this and one or two other issues so it is applicable in a way. I can see that I have made this mistake multiple times, so it is something I will attempt to rectify in the future.

Replying with a constructive suggestion in addition to the smart-ass comment would have been appreciated.
