I think how you want it (half up, straight) will look great! But the curls do look nice as well so really I'm no help at all.

We didn't do anything special for our FG's hair (TBH, I didn't even think about it ), one was really little so had one of those fountain ponytails on top of her head and the other just had her hair down (think MIL straightened it as well) with a headband and a little tiara.

My FG will only be 3 and a half. She has shoulder length, straight as, chocolatey brown hair. Have been trying to work out what to do with her hair. Was thinking of a cute little tiara or something. But now I might go googling.
