By Advertising your business or company with EasyWeddings Pty Ltd you are required to read, agree and abide by the conditions set down on this page. Any failure to comply with any point below may cause your advertisement/s to be removed from our sites.
These terms may change at any time. We will make every effort to inform you when these terms are updated or change. Please read these terms regularly.
1. Right to Reject Advertisement - All contents of advertisements are subject to Easy Weddings' acceptance.
Easy Weddings reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, to:
• reject or cancel the Advertisement, order, space reservation or position commitment; or
• remove the Advertisement from the Website.
• In addition, Easy Weddings shall have the absolute right without assigning any reason to reject any URL link embodied within the Advertisement.
Easy Weddings Pty Ltd has complete authority to remove suppliers from the site for any reason whatsoever and may do this without warning or delay. If your business is removed from the site, then any previously paid moneys for advertising will be refunded for the equivalent amount of time that we have not yet provided advertising for.
If the supplier wishes to cease any advertising before the expiry date of their advertising there will be no refund provided.
2. Copyright - According to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), advertisers are advised that the inclusion of unauthorized text and images in advertisements is strictly prohibited without the written consent of the owner of the copyright or without the appropriate licenses. This includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics and images from print or digital sources including websites, newspapers, magazines and books.
3. Easy Weddings Information - Any information provided to you (Either an advertiser or not) by Easy Weddings may not be published or distributed to others.
4. Bride & Groom Enquiries - Any enquiries and personal details you receive are provided so that you can introduce your services to the bride and groom. Contacting brides or grooms should happen only once, follow up communications should only happen if requested by the bride or groom. You must not use this personal information for any other purpose including but not limited to compiling mailing lists and forwarding onto 3rd parties. Sharing this information with any other business or organisation is strictly forbidden. Easy Weddings cannot and will not guarantee the number of enquiries you will receive from the EasyWeddings site.
5. Suppliers Information - Information supplied by the advertiser and published on any of the Easy Weddings Pty Ltd sites will remain the responsibility of that particular supplier. It is incumbent upon each supplier to ensure that the information that they provide is correct and true.
This web site contains advertisements and information provided by third parties. There may be technical inaccuracies, typographical or other errors, programming bugs or computer viruses in this web site or its contents.

6. Images / Photography - Images supplied to EasyWeddings for advertisements may be displayed within relevant sections of the Easy Weddings sites. By submitting images to Easy Weddings, you agree for Easy Weddings to use your images within the site.
Images for advertisments may be sourced from the advertisers linked website, unless supplied in a usuable electronic format by the advertiser.
7. Advertisement Features and Positioning - The features and positioning of any advertisements on the EasyWeddings site are subject to change without notice. As we consistently upgrade the site, it is not always possible to constantly have advertising displayed in the exact same location on the site.
8. Limitation of Liability - The supplier and users of this site indemnifies Easy Weddings its officers and employees against any claims for damages suffered by any party arising out of that party’s use of the published information provided by the supplier, through Easy Weddings. The supplier releases Easy Weddings from liability for any loss or damage suffered by the supplier arising out of its use of published Information.
9. Changes to the Contract, Product or Terms
- Modifications or revisions of the Advertising Products Terms and Conditions can be made any time by Easy Weddings without any prior warning or notice.
- The changes will be effective as soon as they have been posted on the Website.
- You should check the terms and conditions from time to time so you are aware of any changes to the site and services.
- Your continued use of Easy Weddings after any modifications indicates you have accepted the new terms and conditions.

11. All suppliers should be ethical and professional in all dealings with brides and grooms referred from Easy Weddings.
if Easy Weddings receives numerous, substantiated accounts of unethical and/or unprofessional dealings with our advertised suppliers, they may be removed from the site in accordance with term 1. Right to Reject Advertisiment
12. Terms of advertising
All directory advertisements are contracted for a period of 12 months - regardless of the payment terms extended. By committing to Easy Weddings directory advertising you commit to the full 12 months advertisement fees.
