How bad are Sunday night weddings?

I'm planning a Sunday night wedding, but am concerned about guests who may need to work the next day. How are Sunday night weddings usually run? Unfortunately a brunch/lunch wedding doesn't really work for our venue.

Sunday night weddings are quite popular. Most use to select a Sunday night wedding as it was cheaper...however today it costs the same as staff wages are increased on a Sunday.

I guess the only difference can be if your guests are local the reception may finish earlier as more guests will be working the next day. If most of your guests are from out of town it really wouldn't make a difference.

Sunday night weddings are very popular at Boulevard. Most of the people arent working on Sundays and can attend the Weddings. Only difference is that some people might have to leave earlier if they have to go to work on Monday morning.

If you can try changing your wedding day to a week day or Saturday, on a Sunday you will get surcharge this is due to paying staff .

Sunday day or night are very popular as the total minimum spend is lower and there is less people around compared to a Friday or Saturday night.

Its really up to the guest to organise themselves with work. They could take an RDO. AT the end of the day its your wedding day, the ones who want to be apart of it will take the time and effort to sort themselves out.

There is no change in a Sunday wedding compared to any other day except that guests may need to work on the Monday.
