Quay Restaurant was awarded 2009 Restaurant of the Year by both SMH Good Food Guide and Australian Gourmet Traveller. Winning ‘2009 Best Restaurant in Australia’ by the National Restaurant and Catering Awards As well as receiving SMH Restaurant of the Year in 2005 and 2003 Quay has also received the highest attainable recognition of Three Chef’s Hats for the last seven consecutive years.
