With our three private function rooms and beautiful gardens, Willow Pond is the perfect setting for your Garden Wedding, Wedding Reception or other Special Event.
3.5 hectares of beautifully picturesque landscaped Japanese gardens surround a magnificent ornamental lake with cascading waterfall - all within 15 kilometers (25 minutes) south of the Perth Central Business District.
Our Wisteria and Willow rooms can each seat 160 guests (min 50) where as our Brodie room is suitable from 30 to 64 guests seated or, 80 for cocktail.
The ambiance, tranquility and serenity of Willow Pond Reception Centre can only truly be appreciated through personal inspection. General viewing times are Saturday mornings from 09:00 till 11:30 and in the afternoon from 2:30 till 4:00 (appointments are appreciated). All other times by appointment only.

About
54 years old, married with three children. Worked for Argyle Diamonds between 1984 and 1997 (Diamond Sorting and Project Management). Have worked in the family business (Willow Pond) since 1996 (full time since late 1997). Deeply involved in Martial Arts (Budokan Academy) teaching Iaido and Jodo. Current Chairman of the Australian Iaido Board and past Chairman of the Australian Jodo Board (still a member of the Jodo Board).

FAQ
We do not charge for cutting up your Wedding Cake - it is part of the service.
It's a bit like asking how long a piece of string is :)
Due to the range of catering and beverage options we have, it is not possible to give an definitive answer to this question.
However, at our venue, the "average" for catering and beverages, is "about" $110 per person. The most expensive catering/berverage combination we currently have is $151 per person.
Like Cake Cutting, we do not charge for the Present and Cake tables - they are part of the room.
Likewise, we also do not charge for the Easel & Notice Pinboard that is located at the Function Room main door.
As soon as you know the venue for your Wedding and/or Reception, book it!
The venue is the MOST IMPORTANT item to be booked FIRST. It is then much eaiser to then get your other services such as the photographer, DJ etc booked once the date/venue has been confirmed.
It is eaiser to state what we don't provide...
We don't provide the Name Cards, Bonbonniere and generally, the table Center Pieces.
We do supply all the tablecloths, napkins, cutlery, crockery and glassware and no extra cost.
For our Lunch/Dinner Set Menus and Semi-Set-Buffets, we also supply Chaircovers with sash/bow.

All venues by law have to have public Liability Insurance. Wedding insurance covers you for things like unexpected cancellation of the wedding etc which is NOT covered by the venue.
