A true venue with a difference, the historical 1860's bluestone winery Goona Warra Vineyard is conveniently located at Sunbury in a tranquil rural environment surrounded by vineyard and terraced gardens.

We offer a variety of unique environments to cater for all manner of weddings and events, formal or informal, ranging from cocktail parties to sit down dinners.

With its sweeping views across the vineyards to the hills beyond, the Tuscan Terrace is perfect for a garden wedding ceremony under the rose arbour, for pre-function drinks and afternoon cocktail parties.

Goona Warra offers two magnificent rooms for various uses. The Cellar, with its original  bluestone & timbers, barrel stacks and soft lighting, has a warm, cosy feel perfect for intimate receptions. It is also an ideal setting for wine tastings, pre-function drinks, cocktail parties, and a very romantic setting for a Wedding Ceremony!

The majestic Great Hall, entered by a grand staircase from the Cellar, is the feature room with high ceilings, exposed beams and bluestone walls.  Features include dance floor (optional), audio, mood lighting, fresh flowers, candelabras, disabled access, stage (optional) and warm cosy atmosphere. A fitting backdrop for special occasion!
