Extremely important. You can't get to know a feel for the place in photos, as well as you can when you view the actual space. Its good to meet the team who will be looking after you as well to make sure they are on the same page as you, and that you get a feeling that it all just feels right. Its hard to imagine layout and size of a roomwithout seeing it, and then get to know what ist close to and how that meets your needs with doing photos after the ceremony. Photos definitly don't always do a place justice, site visits are amust for weddings.
best month to get married in?

Hi,
On the Coast in Torquay, our most popular months are November, December, January and February.
For brides wanting to save money our off-peak months are May-September and have Winter pricing associated with weddings within this time frame.
However, to take advantage of the sun, the weather and the holiday of being on the Coast, we recommend getting married in the Australian Summer... talk to one of our consultants today to find out the price differences and the inclusions of our packages. We're always happy to help!

I don't want to miss out on my dream venue. So, how far in advance should I make the booking?

Though many brides are now considering looking for 2019 dates to secure the special date they had in mind, we have just had a very successful wedding put together in just 3 weeks! I know... crazy right! The bride was from Brazil and her visa was going to be cancelled if she wasn't married by 30th June so we put it together from flowers, to ceremony, to reception, decorations, food choices etc etc etc. It all worked out so well with a happy bride & groom :)
So length of time isn't really an issue, only to secure a specific date or time of year at a venue!
