The Margaret Whitlam Pavilion is perfect for ceremonies, cocktail parties and intimate receptions. Our Village Centre is a stunning setting for wedding receptions of 100+ with plenty of space for dancing!
Your own dedicated Events professional will lead and guide you through the whole process from beginning to end. We also have great relationships with a number of local wedding suppliers (florists, DJs, Stylists, and more….), so if you don’t know where to start, just ask and we will be happy to help.

Anything we need to consider/do differently for a weekday wedding?
Hi there. We're considering a weekday wedding, maybe a Thursday or Sunday. Is there anything ] different or unexpected we'd need to consider about having a non-Saturday wedding?

Your wedding would be, in terms of the event, pretty much the same whether is on a weekday than a weekend, however, two key factors that you should consider are costs, some venues offer cheaper rates for events on a weekday; but perhaps I would consider the availability of your desireed attendees, a weekend wedding would give most of your invitees the oportunity to enjoy your special day and having a day to recover, this can be even more important when considering interestate or overseas guests.

Such a lovely idea to include your pooch to be a part of your special day! Some venues do not allow pets inside there venues but do so in the outdoor areas, such is the case with us in the Arboretum. I would suggest to check first with your desired location if having pets is allowed and if so, in which areas and ensure that this area accomodates to what your dream wedding will be. Make sure that your puppy is comfortable with large crowds and noises, lastly bring toys treats and perhaps a special meal!
