Full On-The- Day Wedding Co-ordination Package

FULL DAY CO-ORDINATION

10 hours on the day and 1 month prior to wedding

This package allows you to hand over all of the responsibility and decision making to an experienced wedding co-ordinator, who will step in and manage all of the details on the day, so you can relax and enjoy the day with your family and friends.

This package includes:

  • One Wedding Planner (option of an additional wedding assistant depending on size of wedding).
  • Initial face to face meeting four weeks prior, to discuss every aspect of your wedding day.
  • Unlimited phone and email contact with your Wedding Planner after initial meeting.
  • Attendance at one wedding rehearsal.
  • Ceremony and venue site inspection prior to wedding.
  • Confirmation of your suppliers two weeks out then a final contact to confirm details two days prior to wedding.
  • Sourcing of extra suppliers (if needed).
  • Set up of a personal Pinterest account under Windwood Events to help inspire your wedding style if required.
  • Creation and distribution of your run sheet/timeline (for suppliers)
  • Liaising and co-ordinating with your suppliers to confirm all your details and timelines  (i.e. venue, celebrant/priest, florsit, d?cor/furniture, photographers, cake, DJ, transport, photo booth, candy bar, etc)
  • Provide support on the day for you and your supplers to ensure your day runs smoothly.
  • Assist and co-ordination of venue (includes place cards, menus, candles, gift table, signage placement if required).
  • Overall time keeping and main point of contact to all suppliers. For see and troubleshoot any mishaps.
  • Greet and usher guests if required.
  • Co-ordinate the ceremony procession line up and music.
  • Attending to the Bride, Groom, Bridal party and close family as required
  • Work with the musician and MC to Co-ordinate the Bridal entrance, speeches, cutting of the cake and first dance.
  • Oversee service staff in the food and beverage service.
  • 10 hours service on the day.

Fees: $1595

20% deposit to lock in your wedding date ($1595 - 5% = $1515.25  (Deposit $303.00)
Balance due 2 weeks prior to your wedding ($1212.25)

Worth every penny. Leisa and her team took great care to understand what we wanted and was with us every second of the way. What sorts of services do you offer?

Do you offer just the day-of coordination, full-service from the beginning to end? Do you style the event as well? Are there minimum budgets you work with? Looking for a luxury event planner in Syd for my wedding. :)

My family keeps asking if they can help my planning, what tasks can I give them?

Everyone wants to help and it's more stressful to have them asking all the time than to actually plan the wedding, haha. I am a very chilled bride but this is the one part that I find stressful. Are there any small tasks I could have them do to keep them busy?

Hi Bride to be...I would suggest writing a list of little jobs, duties or chores you think you might need a hand with, either helping set up the church/ceremony or organising food for the bridal party on the wedding morning to greeting your guests at the ceremony/venue. You could then delegate your mum, a close family member, or even a wedding coordinator to be your point of contact. So when family or friends ask if they can help, you can refer them to your point of contact and they can delegate the tasks for your wedding. This way you can have a stress free lead up and day of your wedding.....congratulations and best wishes.
