A wedding is probably the best thing anyone could be invited to. I’ve always loved being a guest.

So it’s an honour to be entrusted with the task of photographing a wedding. It’s a responsibility I take very seriously. There’s no second chance. I want the couple to be able to look back in 10, 20 or 50 years’ time and relive the day. I want the story told faithfully and in full. I’m visually and emotionally observant, picking up on nuances and unobvious details. I shoot instinctively and calmly and my photos are timeless. I create your own piece of history, and I love doing it.

I make it my mission to capture your day from every angle. It’s the only occasion in the couple’s life when those particular people will be in the same place at the same time. That’s why the guests are integral to my wedding photography. I still love poring over the black-and-white contact sheets of my parents’ wedding. Seeing all those people who’ve been in their life, and subsequently in mine, for what seems forever. Some look so young and others sadly have gone. But the memory is recorded in full, and that’s what counts. That’s why wedding photography’s so important in each couple’s life story.

Traditional or offbeat, backyard barbie or black tie in a ballroom, it makes no difference to me. I’ll tell your story wherever it is. And no matter how you label it, it will be unique.
