Wedding photojournalist Glenn Hunt brings 28 years of award winning experience to your wedding.
In short, I have worked for, or been published in, every major newspaper and magazine in Australia. I have done this consistently for 28 years, answering to picture editors and magazine editors and delivering on briefs daily. The media industry is a competitive industry, and I can assure you, it does not suffer fools lightly or photographers that lack an eye for a consistently high standard. I view and treat the demands of wedding photography no differently.
A wedding photojournalist anticipates what will unfold and captures all the decisive moments. Those incidental impressions: the giggle of a flower girl; an intimate gesture between bride and groom; the light-hearted moments of spontaneity between the bridal party and guests. Moment to moment, minute to minute, your wedding day moves forward, not waiting, especially for a photographer. Experience plays a tremendous part in capturing these special moments. Anticipating what might go wrong is a big part of making sure things go right for photography, and you should have every confidence in the quality of photography you will receive.
To say I have lived photography is only partly true, I have breathed it also. It is not a job for me; it is a lifestyle. It is part of me and pervades every facet of my life.

Glenn’s photographs captured our wedding beautifully. There were moments that I don’t remember happening that were caught on camera. The day goes by so quickly that you don’t (and can’t) stop, pause and reflect. The photographs taken by Glenn on our special day gave us that privilege and we will be forever grateful.
Ours was a simple sunrise ceremony on the beach, Byron Bay. Glenn perfectly captured the beauty of the autumn morning. The morning light was delightful, and the portraits are the best we have of us, ever. Thanks Glenn for being our photographer– we are so happy you were there to record our memories.
This was the most important wedding day expenditure for us. It's tempting to rely on snapshots when you are on a tight budget but I wanted our quirky and unusual wedding to be captured professionally. We gave the photographer free rein with instructions to capture our day and the resulting mixed collection of candid and traditional, including photos of our old border collie, are my most treasured possessions.
