A boutique photography studio allowing us to pay particular attention to the details and moments that make your wedding day magical.

Evoke Studios style is fun & relaxed. We use our expertise to choose the best lighting and backdrops then capture naturally your love, expressions and personality.

You are invited to our boutique studio in Springwood. You can view a number of different album types, photos and other photo products. Discuss your schedule and what you are wanting from your photography over a glass of champagne or coffee with the photographer that will shoot your wedding.

We offer a full range of packages from Mid Week petite collections to full coverage collections that will include your choice of Digital Photos, Albums, Wedding video and full day coverage.

FAQ

How long until my photos are ready?

We guarantee all our photo delivery times. Your photos are ready to view in 2 weeks. You then choose the ones that you want airbrushed. Airbrushed photos take 3 weeks. If you have an album have an album in your package, albums take 4 weeks from approval of layout.

Do you offer video?

Yes we have a range of video packages available. Check out https://www.evokestudios.com.au/wedding-video for pricing and samples.

How far do your travel?

We travel 2 hours any direction from the studio at no additional charge. Outside this we ask for accommodation and flights if needed.

Do you offer payment plans?

There is a $500 deposit to secure your photographer. We do also have intrest fee payment plans available.

What happens if it rains?

Lucky you :) it's good luck to rain on a wedding day. Our cameras can photography in the rain and you do get some amazing photos. we can't control the weather so just relax and know that you'll get some amazing photos no matter the weather.

We also offer a free return photoshoot, so if your day is completely rained out and you didn't get that photo you dreamed of I'm happy to make a time on another day to take those photos.

Josie was just amazing! From start to finish show was professional, timely and friendly. She listened to our ideas and the final photos were a mixture of our ideas and her unique, fun and playful style, which is what drew up to Evoke Studios initially. Josie was organised on the big day and was with us from early morning to late in the evening. We purchased her 5min video highlights package as well as the last minute, and we are so glad we did. Although she claims not to be professional videographer, we loved what she produced and it highlighted the special and memorable moments from our day. We also purchased an album and the quality was outstanding with a warranty and best of all it was produced in Australia - which we loved. I would not hesitate to recommend Josie and Evoke Studios to any Bride and Groom.

Can you explain why wedding photography is so expensive?

Fisrtly lets look at the time spend on your amazing wedding photos. We spend on average 40 hours on every wedding.

1. We meet with you before hand to ensure we are creating images that suit your personality

2. Visit your venue so on the day we know exactly where the perfect spots are

3. Spend your special day with you

4. Process your photos

5. Add special effects, editing, design albums, meet with you to finalise your photos.

Secondly Equipment.

I bring about $35,000 worth of equipment that needs to maintained and replaced.
Just to hire the equipment needed for your day is close to what we charge for your photos.

Lastly Back up

After your wedding sortage cards are bought specifically for your wedding data costs to store.
Most photographers will carry this cost for at least 7 years so you have a back up if the worst happens.

Love Maciers Response. Once you have picked some photographers work that grabs you. The next step would be to meet with these photographers. This person will be with you all day so you need to make sure you are comfortable and confiendent with them. Make sure they show you full weddings. Anyone can nab a few great shots here and there. A great photographer will be able to do it everytime, throughout the whole wedding.
