KM Acoustics

KM Acoustics is an acoustic duo consisting of band members Karla Mare and Michelle Mursin. Both being multi-instrumentalists, they incorporate vocals, guitar, keyboard and/or violin to create a unique sound. Formed in early 2013, KM Acoustics have performed in various functions such as weddings, private parties and corporate events. Their repertoire is vast ranging from classics of the 80's to indie pop, and they will always aim to accommodate requests.

Karla Mare is a singer/songwriter who performs frequently at cafes, open mics and folk festivals. Emotive vocals, melodic piano, sweet violin and flowing guitar make up her unique acoustic sound. Her musical journey began at age five when she was given a violin for Christmas. Her influences include Florence and the Machine, Beethoven and Queen. Karla has written over 30 songs and has released her first debut EP in 2014.
