Hello! If you would like to respectfully ask for a gift of money, instead of a 'boxed gift' at your wedding, the simplest way is to inlcude some instructions when you send out your invitations. We offer matching Wishing Well cards online which are a sweet addition to your wedding invitations.

Hello!
We find that the best way to respectfully let your guests know if they can or cannot bring a guest is to be specific as possible on your invitations. A service which we provide is to print the invitees names on the invitations themselves – this way you can specify the names of those invited, or if they can bring a "+1". If you are worried that your guests still might not understand who exactly is on the invite list, then you could write "due to strict numbers, only invitees listed may attend our wedding day". This should clear any uncertanty up!

Yes I would say that Wishing Wells do seem to be the most popular appraoch for gifts these days with modern-day couples. As expressed by the other suppliers, there is no right or wrong. Personally I think that online gift registries are a great comprimise whereby you can stipulate some physical gifts that you really need/desire as well as leave it open for donations into a 'honeymoon' or 'renovation' fund!
