Meet 'Spencer', the handsome caravan bar from That Vintage Caravan!

So you’re getting married, newly engaged or renewing your vows – congratulations!  Are you looking for something to do for your hen’s or bucks day, engagement party, wedding reception or somewhere for your guests to be before your reception?

That Vintage Caravan specialises in post ceremony celebrations. Let us look after your guests while you’re off having photos taken – it’s a lovely touch and a great way to fill in that awkward part of the day. We’ll keep them watered by serving drinks at your ceremony location while they wait for your reception to begin (and we don't mind partying on into the night with you either!).

Our caravan bar is on wheels so we can bring our vintage charmer to you, at anytime and anywhere – a park, home, church, garden, beach or just about anywhere else you can think of. That Vintage Caravan offers a simple rental and drinks service as well as Lawn Games and Photo Booth hire… and yes, we clean up and take the mess away!

n 2014 Sarah and Alex embarked on their biggest adventure yet (well, not including the time their sleep was disturbed by a zombie-like figure shaking their tent, leading them on a crazed and rainy midnight drive back towards civilisation until, inevitably, they found themselves bogged and had to spend the rest of the night waiting for rescue, huddled together with their eyes covered, singing Mariah Carey.

FAQ

That Vintage Caravan is based in Wollongong. We service the  Sydney metro area, South Coast of New South Wales and beyond!

Bar staff, glassware (white wine / tumbler / champagne flutes for 30), eskies, ice as well as pretty stuff like bunting and vintage props.

Mobile bar packages start at $750. Each event is different though, so to get a cost please email hello@thatvintagecaravan.com.au with the details of what you’re looking for. Please note a 50% deposit is required to secure a booking.

No… and that what make us better than using a traditional bar – there’s no mark up on the booze. You provide the alcohol and we serve it. Our prices include two bar staff.

Our vintage van does not require water so we can operate anywhere, anytime however we do need power. For parties held in a park, hirers will need to cover the cost of a generator.

Absolutely!!! We’re always keen to promote and work with like-minded businesses, charities, creative ideas or super duper ventures! Our van is particularly good at looking pretty in photos, creating a buzz at promotional events and hosting fabulous parties. So if you’re looking to undertake a unique ‘marketing exercise’ for your brand with a retro caravan please give us a bell!
