We hire a variety of professional and high quality equipment to perfectly complement your special day! Our specialities are sound systems, lighting, DJ/band setups, marquees, lighting and garden furniture. No matter where or when, we can help you organise the wedding of your dreams. Our packages are designed to 'plug in and play on'. Once the package is setup, all you will need to do is plug in your iPhone/Android or tell the DJ where the decks are, and the rest will take care of itself.

Our service prices are all inclusive. We deliver, setup and pickup free within 15kms of the CBD. And if you ever need technical support, we are here to help! Customer service is our top priority and we pride ourselves on being professional. We will always go the extra mile to make your wedding as stress free and as perfect as possible.

Weddings have been the focus of my career since 1986. I have worked as a Chef in private catering, I owned my own wedding and events company + I've been lucky to work with amazing companies like 'Are you being served' as events + wedding manager. I started Audiopod in 2007 to offer brides + grooms the audio, lighting, marquees + furniture they need to make their day special, unique + trouble free. We know how much planning goes into your big day, + we want to help make it stress free!

Ok so there are always terms and conditions, but ours are pretty simple!

1. All orders must be booked and paid for in the month of July 2018

2. The discount amount is capped at $100 per event

3. The 10% discount is only applicable to wedding and engagement party events

4. All enquiries must be made inititally through the easy wedding site

FAQ

Do I have to pay for delivery and pick up?

Our prices include delivery, setup and pickup within a 15km radius of the CBD. If your wedding is outside of this area, we charge a minimal fee to cover travel expenses. We never charge extra on Saturdays or Sundays.

I don't know anything about sound systems. Are these packages complicated?

Our systems are desinged to simply be plugged in and played. We take the guess work out of quality sound for you. The packages are setup with the connections for all your devices (iPhone, Android, Laptop) so whenever you are ready, all you have to do is plug it in and control the music your way.

Do I need to supply extension cords or leads?

Audiopod supplies everything you will need! We always have extra cords, leads and cables on hand to ensure eveything is in perfect working order for you.

What if something isn't working?

Call us! We are always available for technical assistance, and will go to all lengths required to rectify any problems.

The guys at Audio Pod were fantastic and they arrived at our out door venue where electricity was not available in plenty of time and the sound system we hired on the day was fantastic and at a really good price too! They set everything up and took it all away without even being noticed...The sound system was SO important and the sound quality was brilliant! We were very happy with the service and would highly recommend to everyone! Thanks guys!

These guys are brilliant at operating behind the scenes to provide the service you need - we hired an audio system specifically tailored to weddings and it was set up and removed with no fuss and no time taken out by us on our wedding day. Great sound too!
