There are so many different companies and people out there and I'm just finding it so difficult to choose. I dont know how much i should be spending and im no makeup expert so i dont know what I'm looking for. I dont know how to decide, what questions should i be asking? what should i be looking for? Also whats the difference between airbrush and traditional? Will airbrush be better if my wedding is in summer? Hellllpppppppp pleaseeeee
who usually pays for the bridesmaids makeup?

Most of my Brides pay for their Bridesmaids hair and makeup however there are no hard and fast rules and I have had some Bridal parties all paying individually as well.
How long should I set aside for my make up trial?
Rachael Rayner Hair and Make-up
I allow around 2.5hrs for a combined hair and makeup trial. It takes a bit more time than on the day as I like to make sure we have everything just right so the wedding day runs smoothly. I always recommend that my clients find some pictures as reference and bring them to the trial. It gives me a good idea of what their tastes are and I can more quickly and easily create something to suit them baring this in mind.

I think firstly it is finding someone who has a style that you like... go through images on their website, fb and instagram pages. As well as this it is also important to find someone who you connect with and suits your personality as we are not only there to do your hair and makeup but we spend one of the biggest days of your life with you. So it is important to have some who you feel completely comfortable with, who will listen to you and will work with you.
In terms of airbrushing vs traditional the difference is very much in the finish. Think of spray painting a wall as opposed to using a brush or a roller. Not to say you can't create a beautiful traditional makeup but the finesse of airbrushed makeup is gorgeous and it does last so nicely on the day.
