Contacted the company via emails and phone calls only and sent a picture of the flowers I wanted. Each email and phone call if not able to answered immediately was within a few minutes. The flowers arrived at designated area within time frame. The flowers were exactly as I had pictured. Looking for a florist who will deliver what you want with great customer service don't look past this company- you will not be disappointed.
