I absolutely loved my dress. I found it in Cosmo Bride in 2009 and didn't get married til 2012. despite the year difference, they were still so lovely to deal with and the dress was sewn and fitted perfectly. Karen's designs are classy, modern and elegant - greatly priced too

The ladies at Karen Willis Holmes were always friendly and professional. Enza did a great job adjusting my dress and I felt I could ask her anything. She even sewed onto the dress a vintage piece of jewellery I found in another store. Every detail was discussed and fittings were not rushed. The end result was my dream dress, thanks to the team at Karen Willis Holmes.

The girls at Karen Willis Holmes (KWH) are fabulous. KWH was the first bridal shop that I visited (a bit of an intimidating experience) and I immediately felt at home - not pressured at all (and I only had 4 months until my wedding). In fact, I loved the dresses so much that KWH was the only shop I visited! I just found my perfect dress and had the confidence in them to make it, so I just did not feel the need to shop around. My dress made me feel like the ultimate stylish princess that I wanted to be. Thanks to all the girls at KMH!

The dresses here are beautiful and the shop staff are extremely helpful. However, they are let down by their seamstress, who came across as quite abrupt and was very unhelpful when it came to making changes.

Absolutely amazing! From the very start the entire staff at Karen Willis Holmes made me feel welcome and comfortable. I didn't need to make an appointment and I popped in several times before purchasing the dress to make sure I was making the right decision.
They were wonderful, even down to providing me with matching fabric for me to have my flowergirl dresses match my gown.

Great selection of gowns. The shop assistants were amazing. Although at my final fitting the dress maker was abrupt & there were a couple of minor problems with the dress (just loose threads etc.) that needed to be amended.
