Consider it's all about time.

Many caterers take on more than one wedding each weekend, making 'SPECIALIZED REQUIREMENTS' specific to the wish of the wedding party, an added concern. It would be prudent to inquire as to how many weddings are booked on your specific date, through the caterer in the first place. If you are the SOLE BOOKING, then a top caterer should EASILY ACCOMMODATE your special wishes.

Hi Annelise, we normally recommend six pieces per person for a pre dinner period. this way your guests don't get too full if you are having a seated menu to follow.
